CRIS Employment Partners
One of the most powerful ways that CRIS fulfills our mission is through our Employment and Career Services Program. This program annually places hundreds of job seekers with over 65 employment partners throughout Central Ohio.
CRIS values its relationships with local employer partners and strives to identify and equip job seekers who fit their specific workforce needs. Unlike traditional staffing agencies, CRIS charges no fee for referrals. For each referral hired, employers may be eligible for the Workforce Opportunity Tax Credit.
Employers who hire and successfully integrate CRIS referrals into their workforce also reap the benefits of high retention rates, loyal employees with strong work ethics, and an expanded potential labor pool. CRIS can provide this opportunity for your business.
