English & Citizenship Classes
CRIS hosts free weekly English and citizenship classes.

Eligibility
CRIS English and citizenship classes are open to immigrants and refugees in Central Ohio.
To complete the naturalization process to become a U.S. citizen, general requirements include being at least 18 years old and holding a green card for 5 years (or 3 years if married to a U.S. citizen).
Details
CRIS Club: At CRIS Club, you can learn and practice English with friendly volunteer teachers: meet new people, learn store and food words, learn words for job interviews, talk about daily life, and more. You can also receive life skills support, including help filling out job applications, applying for an ID, solving everyday problems, and more.
PLEASE NOTE: CRIS Club will not provide any legal or financial support.
Citizenship Classes: At CRIS citizenship classes, you can learn and practice vocabulary and content related to the U.S. naturalization civics and English tests, as well as help with practicing for the interview. N-400 application assistance is also available through CRIS Legal Services’ monthly naturalization legal clinic.
